Return Policy Customers wishing to return merchandise to Hoosier Garage must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing sales@hoosiergarage.com.  RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date.  Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:

Returned merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee*

*Hoosier Garage reserves the right to evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees of 15% - 100% at its own discretion. However, we will be more than fair if a product can be re-sold in it's original packaging.

Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of invoice date.  Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at Hoosier Garage's expense, unless customer requests an upgrade at their expense. The return address will be supplied with the RA number.  Return shipping on defective merchandise will be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of the item. Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. Hoosier Garage is not responsible for any item shipped to us but not received.  Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns.  Hoosier Garage DOES NOT HANDLE REPAIRS.

Cancellations All orders may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. Cancellations must be made by email at sales@hoosiergarage.com. If order has been shipped it may be returned following the RA guidelines listed above. Warranty All warranties for products purchased through Hoosier Garage are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. All issues, claims and questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturers. In the event that the product is a health related device or nutritional supplement, all information contained on the Web site, including information relating to medical and health conditions, products and treatments, is for informational purposes only.
