Return Policy Customers wishing to return merchandise to Hoosier Garage must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing sales@hoosiergarage.com.  RA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 15 days of ship date.  Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:

*Hoosier Garage reserves the right to evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees of 15% - 100% at its own discretion. However, we will be more than fair if a product can be re-sold in it's original packaging.

Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of invoice date.  Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at Hoosier Garage's expense, unless customer requests an upgrade at their expense. The return address will be supplied with the RA number.  Return shipping on defective merchandise will be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of the item. Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. Hoosier Garage is not responsible for any item shipped to us but not received.  Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns.  Hoosier Garage DOES NOT HANDLE REPAIRS.

Cancellations All orders may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. Cancellations must be made by email at sales@hoosiergarage.com. If order has been shipped it may be returned following the RA guidelines listed above. Warranty Hoosier Garage warranties all parts and accessories sold on this web site for a period of ninety (90) days. Please follow the RA procedure detailed above to submit a warranty claim. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall Hoosier Garage or any other party involved in creating, distributing, or supplying products for Hoosier Garage be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from products purchased from Hoosier Garage, the use or inability to use the site, the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the site. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the Web site. In the event that your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us, and our partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content that is taken from and or utilized from the Hoosier Garage Web site.
