Refund policy

Customers wishing to return merchandise to Hoosier Garage must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing sales@hoosiergarage.com.  RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date.  Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:

Return Condition	Return Policy
Defective upon shipment	Refund or replacement.
Refused delivery	Refund for cost of item(s) minus original shipping cost and 15% restocking fee.
Accepted delivery	Refund for cost of item(s) minus original shipping cost and may be subject to a restocking fee*.
Missing parts	We will assist with contacting the product manufacturer to resolve any issues. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee*.

*Hoosier Garage reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the returned product and assess restocking fees up to 15%. 

Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of invoice date.  The return address will be supplied with the RA number.  Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.  Non-stock items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. Hoosier Garage is not responsible for any returned item that isn't received.  Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns.  Hoosier Garage DOES NOT HANDLE REPAIRS.  Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

Cancellations
All orders may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. Cancellations must be made by email to sales@hoosiergarage.com. If order has been shipped it may be returned following the RA guidelines listed above.

Warranty
All warranties for products purchased through Hoosier Garage are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. All issues, claims and questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturers. In the event that the product is a health related device or nutritional supplement, all information contained on the web site, including information relating to medical and health conditions, products and treatments, is for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Hoosier Garage or any other party involved in creating, distributing, or supplying products for Hoosier Garage be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from products purchased from Hoosier Garage, the use or inability to use the site, the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the site. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the Web site. In the event that your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us, and our partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content that is taken from and or utilized from the Hoosier Garage web site.
